I went into Mission Fed Credit Union today for help and Martha was super helpful. She made everything very easy and pain free. If you go to this Mission Credit Union I highly recommend looking for help from Martha.
I went in to open an account. No customers inside, about 5 employees. They close at 4pm, I went in at 1:30. They told me no one was available to open an account for me. The guy had a very blah attitude towards me from the beginning. I’d stay away from this place. Customer service is definitely not their strong foot.
I really do like banking there and the places has a nice feel to it and everyone was friendly and helped me with with my banking and also helping me set up my bank card as well
I've always had good interactions with the staff, who did their jobs quickly. Mira was a great help with a savings account change, and helped me get a very good rate. Of course, if you come in during peak hours, you can expect a line, as everywhere.
