This is the worst location. It is always understaffed and the customer service is non existent. This is my last resort if I need to go into a branch. I rather make the drive and go to any location other than this one. I went on a Saturday, the line was all the way to the door, and only 2 employees were working the teller line, this is not the first time this location is understaffed. Martha was awesome! She provided excellent customer service and helped me increase my credit amount. She also helped me set up my auto pay towards my credit card. I always experience a satisfying encounter with all staff.
They hold your fund hostage for over 7 days if your account is new. Don't open an account.
Am disappointed to the least, walked out of the branch unsuccessfully able to open a business account with MFCU. I’ve been utilizing MFCU since 2009, long before they became corporate and were more grass rooted, the people used to LOVE their jobs.
