I feel so awful and heartbroken; I simply cannot accept this outcome or the explanation given. I counted the money carefully at home before heading to the bank, yet the printed slip showed a shortfall of 300. After wasting hours of my time, they insisted the issue wasn't with their money-counting machine, but with me. It’s just so upsetting and heartbreaking.
Literally the worst and laziest branch employees I have ever experienced. Definitely will never be visiting this branch again.
The ATM has been malfunctioning for months. It keeps sending cash back out. And we all know how long it takes to process cash. So think how long i had to stand there to complete my transaction. Not to mention the pressure of the energy of those waiting in line behind me.
