We had a very disappointing experience trying to open a checking and savings account with Mission Federal Credit Union - the branch on Broadway in Chula Vista. On our first visit, we were told we needed to provide proof of address and that the application required manager approval. We returned the following day with the requested proof of address, expecting to complete the process.
