We had a very disappointing experience trying to open a checking and savings account with Mission Federal Credit Union - the branch on Broadway in Chula Vista. On our first visit, we were told we needed to provide proof of address and that the application required manager approval. We returned the following day with the requested proof of address, expecting to complete the process. I had an amazing experience at Mission Federal, thanks to the incredible team of Natalie, Sammantha, and Nivea. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Natalie was professional and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Sammantha was super efficient and friendly—she made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. And Nivea went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in every step.
I have been using Mission Federal for years and absolutely love thier service. MRS. Nivea at the Chula Vista Broadway branch is an amazing soul, very helpful and greets me by name. Absolutely love her.
