Our mother moved to Mission Creek landing just over a year ago when the building opened. We have had nothing but very positive experiences during her stay here thanks to all the wonderful staff committed to her wellbeing. She was very happy here and loved the size of her room, the cleanliness of the whole building, the food, the art and decor, and all the recreational activities. I visited with my friend and we spent time with a resident. While we were there we spoke with a care aide by the name of "Darian". Now that is a wonderful staff member and should be highly commended for his kind manners and professionalism. Thankyou for that Darian
These people don’t know how to care for patients with dementia and should not take patients they can’t care for properly. Families avoid this place at all costs. Their director of care is negligent in her behaviour and treatment plans.

This is NOT a home ! This is hell ! My mother passed away way too early because of tge trauma they inflicted upon her . There is no care ! My dad has had to pee in his slippers twice because they have not provided urinals or they were full . No nurse on the floor ,so no pain meds for him ! Unacceptable! Will send a letter to Interior Health .all the people in moms section were basically medicated zombies . I guess I just love my parents enough to care and want the best for them , as they provided the best for us
