These people don’t know how to care for patients with dementia and should not take patients they can’t care for properly. Families avoid this place at all costs. Their director of care is negligent in her behaviour and treatment plans.

This is NOT a home ! This is hell ! My mother passed away way too early because of tge trauma they inflicted upon her . There is no care ! My dad has had to pee in his slippers twice because they have not provided urinals or they were full . No nurse on the floor ,so no pain meds for him ! Unacceptable! Will send a letter to Interior Health .all the people in moms section were basically medicated zombies . I guess I just love my parents enough to care and want the best for them , as they provided the best for us
My Dad was recently placed at Mission Creek Lodge and the transition and support we have received has been beyond excellent. The staff are patient, kind, funny and professional. The meals and activities are amazing. My Dad is happy and has no complaints.
Both of my parents are new residents here and everything about their experience and ours has been outstanding! Staff are friendly, attentive and kind. Requests are actioned quickly, all the residents seem very happy and well taken care of, lots of activities to choose from, beautiful outside areas to enjoy. Recommend 100% People who put a star review only with no supporting information should have their "review" removed.
