We express our great satisfaction as new customers and how wonderful our experience is. Yes we admit it was little rocky with our account we had little unexpected situation first month yet they were gracious understand and gave us kindness with understanding... not like who we were with before opening a new account here seriously recommend to anyone we see or asked thank you very much. Our decision was great and blessed makes us feel ten times secure and better forward future..

Worst Customer service ever.. The Manager has the worst attitude, she is tired and maybe is time for her to retired, she has ZERO patience, Zero Tolerance, it seems that just by walking in she gets bother, I try to avoid going in, as much as I can, but when I do have to go in, I swear is torture. PLEASE CORPORATE, just come as customers, pretend to be a customer, and just take a look of the amazing workers you guys have..

This is the most archaic Bank I have ever seen. If you don’t mind the tellers chiseling your deposits on stone, then this is a bank for you! They are not open on the weekends and literally nothing processes beyond 5 PM. Their cards don’t even have the tap feature. This bank is from the Stone Age. Their tellers aren’t the nicest either. If you try to use the ATM during the weekend, 99% of the time it’s out of money because they aren’t open on weekends.
