More than games In an age of video games and text messaging it is refreshing to find a place that specializes in hands-on "reality" games. Solve a puzzle, engage the family in a board game, exercise your brain, demonstrate your knowledge... it is all here. Best of all, the proprietor, Heather, really knows her stuff, and has managed to find novel and interesting items I don't find elsewhere. I highly recommend putting down the game controller and (re)discovering the fun real games and puzzles have always provided.
The Missing Peace is awesome! Anytime I need a game or puzzle, The Missing Peace has it! Anything they don't have, they are willing to find for me. As a teacher, they have terrific critical thinking games, as well as multi-sided dice, which is a must for all teachers. If anyone likes games or puzzles, The Missing Peace is the place to go!
A good place for games and puzzles This store has lots of games and puzzles. Many of them are really cool! I bought some from the store and really enjoyed them. The owner is knowledgeable and passionate about puzzles. Check this store out!!
Great Selection The Missing Peace sells puzzles, games, books, chess, novelties etc. for all ages. Great stuff for yourself or gifts. The prices are competitive and they often have sales. In fact, they have "the game of the month" when everything of a certain category is on sale for the whole month. The owner is friendly and if what your looking for isn't in stock she'll try to get it for you. I especially love the jigsaw puzzle selection - with puzzles for toddlers up to 18,000 piece puzzles. Check it out!
