First time speaking over the phone was great clearly described the company business. We scheduled a free consultation, and the representative didn't show up or bothered to call. I had to call them back to re-schedule; the representative was apologetic, and I understood the circumstances. Miss Vickie's estate sale got rid of everything that I wanted it to, but be careful when you sign up with them. I was told by Jackie that once a contract was signed, no family & friends would be allowed to shop until the sale. That was fine. She also said that her workers were not allowed to shop until the sale had been open for 10 min. Great! I thought......until I found out that they just stole what they wanted before the sale.
