Not quite what I expected. The facility was clean and the staff were polite, but the overall experience fell short. I requested a foot massage due to specific heel pain and explained where it hurt most. Unfortunately, the therapist barely focused on that area, even after I encouraged her to apply firm pressure. She also put on gloves—while I understand the need for hygiene, they were clearly too large and kept slipping off, which made the massage feel awkward and impersonal.
