If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor and avoid spending your money here. I called in July to inquire about getting my sewing machine serviced and was told it was first come, first served, so I drove down that afternoon. That was 9.5 weeks ago. I was initially quoted 6-8 weeks for service, but here we are, more than two months later, with zero updates. At the 7-week mark, I started a sewing class, only to have to attend without my machine. Love love love those ladies that I met in person !! So personable and friendly!! I left off a star for 2 reasons - unfortunately, it's gonna be 6 weeks before they will be able to fix my machine and the other was whomever I spoke with on the phone 2 days prior to coming was a WHOLE LOT LESS friendly.... Maybe she needed a V8 or a Snickers (who knows?)... Other than that this place is WONDERFUL !!
Everything was fine, I really enjoyed shopping and exploring this darling little store, until I evidently became the exception to their seemingly canned policy statement of "You'll be called when your piece is finished". I have two separate occasions of not being called or even communicated with. The first instance I called to check on my project at the 3 week mark, and was immediately and defensively given the canned statement-"Well, we call you when it's ready." I will Never do business with this quilt shop ever again.. in April of 2025 I bought a prostitcher and it’s been a headache ever since… first had a 6 week delay in getting it installed, next day sent a person to help learn program, 3 hour training and 1 hour in and motherboard went down…didn’t even get to quilt… waiting another week, trainer came and installed but couldn’t stay to help… she had to get back to shop, and I live about an hour away…started learning on my own, had a problem where machine wanted to sew with needle... read more
