Love love love those ladies that I met in person !! So personable and friendly!! I left off a star for 2 reasons - unfortunately, it's gonna be 6 weeks before they will be able to fix my machine. UPDATE - I dropped off my machine on August 17th. I live 2 hours away. They stated 6 weeks before it would be ready. Um , no. Try 3 MONTHS !!! My Viking Diamond just needed routine maintenance - the tension to be reset. I told them I needed it done BEFORE Oct 1st because I was having spine surgery on October 3rd.
