Where do I start, from booking the appt to the actual service, Micha was great. Professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and not only did she explain to me the many options available, she made me feel comfortable. Today I had a wonderful facial massage with with Micha. I did not know what to expect. So relaxing. Her office is beautifully decorated, very warm and welcoming.The treatment started out warm, then ice cold. My skin feels amazing and looks like it’s glowing.
