Sometimes they do not listen to what patients have to say or actually do anything tell the aids they tell my sister to back to her room when just going for walk or when she is in her room they try to shut tv off and tell her to go to bed she is not a child it is really got to stop

Very nice facility the rooms are set up nice with large windows and built in shelves for residents to put up their photos! Good care for residents..very quiet place.
