First and last time using this business! Jeffery seemed to be helpful but left out the detail that I was gonna be charged another fee for filing an extention! Not the most upfront honest approach! When I called to ask him why he came off rude and upset and said just pay it! SMH

Can not believe we have not posted a single comment in all the years we have known and worked with this fantastic group of people. If you do not have complicated tax structures or have complicated tax structures, want your taxes done "Fast", and really don't care about the ramifications later on, go to someone else. Took my tax information for 2019 in Feb and as of today, April 19 it has not been completed. Have called at least 5 times asking when it will be completed with a statement that they will call me back. NOTHING. This is not how you do business. Yes I am very upset!!!!!
