It's deeply painful to know my daughter won't get the help she needs. The second time we visited to submit paperwork we were left waiting in the entry area for 20 minutes when there wasn't even anybody else there Even when refused, no consolation was given, no recommendation for other practices, just "best of luck, bye!" And the hours are also wrong. Not sure when they open but it isn't 9.
