Called to book an appointment because I LOVED all the reviews I read. However apon calling I discovered they either want your credit card # over the phone or $50 down just to book an appointment.They also charge FULL price for cancelled appointments without a 24hour notice!? I get they've had cancellations and no shows. But there has be a better way, then asking for what I feel is personal information. Kayla is THE best gal in Kelowna to work with your hair. Kayla is such a great stylist. Suggests a perfect cut, her colour is spot on. Just love this gal. I have been colouring my hair many years and this Kayla is the best. Considering her excellent cutting skills and beautiful personality, I have won the lottery. Thanks Kayla.
