I am so grateful to Nurse Yara for her incredible skill. She completely fixed my M shaped lips in just one visit, and it is clear she is truly dedicated to her craft. However, I am giving this rating to the business itself due to a distinct lack of professionalism from the front facing customer service team, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. I don’t always get to see Nurse Yara as much as I would like to just due to me living so far away/busy schedule etc… but when I do, I’m never disappointed. Today in particular she chit chatted with me about life, let me vent, and just made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I really appreciated this. She’s honestly so talented and just a beautiful person inside and out. I would recommend her to anyone. Her receptionist was also incredibly sweet. <3
