Miriam was super communicative when I reached out via E-mail and she was quick in addressing my question/inquiry. I am truly grateful for her attentiveness, as well as the pot itself - I cannot be more happy cooking in a natural, non-toxic pot, and the foods cooked in it are delicious. The pot is easy to season and clean. All instructions are easily found on the website or in the pamphlet that comes with it. Highly recommended!

The instructions on the website are very clear and have answered all of my questions for getting started, cooking, and preserving my new pot in top condition.
