Disappointingly unprofessional. Made and confirmed an appointment. Although she was there in her apartment/studio according to the man who answered the door upstairs, she did not answer the doorbell at the time of my appointment, nor the multiple phone calls and follow up emails with a copy of her confirmation of the day/time. I gave her over a week to reply. I don't normally write one star reviews and am usually eager to give someone the benefit of the doubt for a scheduling mix up. I was really skeptical about structural integration. After a few sessions I noticed an improvement in my range of motion in my arms. Now I am a true believer and visit regularly for a check up. Miriam is the best in New York City for sure!
