I can't recommend Miri Malkin enough. I started seeing her for anxiety and sleep issues, and the difference has been incredible. Miri is incredible. I didn’t go to her for therapy, and yet she has helped me more than any therapist I’ve ever visited. The sessions are thoughtfully planned and long enough to dig deep and truly get value. She is empathetic, holds space for you and is fully, fully focused and engaged throughout the session. She has the most beautiful spirit and I’m so happy to have met and worked with her at a very difficult time in my life. I will genuinely never forget the difference she’s made in me. I consider myself super lucky to have found Miri. Worked with her on therapy sessions as well as Emotion code healing to address issues related to anxiety and overspending. As a result of the sessions I have found the necessary tools to help address unnecessary stress that otherwise overwhelmed and debilitated me.
