While the atmosphere is lovely, the spa services -primarily the facials are mediocre. If you want a great facial go to Jolie! Additionally, there seems to be no follow up. I had a Hydro facial. It was evident that the aesthetician was very cumbersome with the device she was using-the device actually fell in my right eye socket. I had wells of water in each of my ears I planned on going to the aqua Terrace after my service and possibly the eucalyptus room, but I was told AFTER my facial that I could not do so. Beautiful hotel and spa. Very clean. Staff accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Excellent room and location. Very cordial front desk person. Family in the area, so we'll be back.
