Absolutely disappointed and frustrated! I have been coming to this spa for years, and now I’m being told I can’t book a Saturday massage unless I stay overnight? That is ridiculous. This feels like discrimination against locals who simply want to enjoy a spa day on the weekend — the one time MOST of us are actually off work. The woman on the phone didn’t even try to work with me. Every Saturday I mentioned was just a flat “no” unless I booked a room. All four people in my party had treatments interrupted 10 mins in due to a maintenance issue with the hotels ac triggering the fire alarm. Everyone was evacuated and when we came back in they said they’re moving forward with the next appointments. They made zero effort to reschedule during our stay. The “compensation” offered was opportunistic at best, a complementary massages should we pay to come back again. Then there was a questionable charge on one bill.
