I was stuck outside the U.S. while my mom, a green card holder, filed for me. Delays were driving us crazy. We heard Whitney helped with waiver requests and brought hope to stuck families. She filed everything clean and fast. I’m finally back with my family, all thanks to her.

Me acerque y la oficina estaba sola solo había un porta tarjeta con sus números de tlf al cual procedí a llamar cuando me logro comunicar con la persona no pude ser atendido ya que no solo hablan inglés no hay opciones para lo que hablamos español

Worst customer service, I definitely don’t recommend this place. Bad customer service. Rude and not attentive.
