I have been very disappointed with my experience here. I have been coming here for laser hair removal. During one of my first sessions, my entire leg was missed, yet staff insisted it had been treated. I kept coming back because I purchased an annual package. The later appointments were better, but the occasional customer service problems continued. The office is comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and all the staff are so kind and friendly! Karina is very well educated in all treatment types and will tailor your experience to your needs.
