I had an initial consultation with Mr. Elliot Kim and had a very positive experience. He listened carefully to my situation, provided an overview of potential next steps with kindness and professionalism, and explained things in a very supportive way.
Attorney Kim Se-yoon is the worst. He took only the $58,000 retainer fee and has not provided a statement regarding that money for a year and a half. Despite demanding payment dozens of times via email and meetings, he promised to pay within a few days, but there has been no response since.
