Called to make a booking and said staff members were available. When I arrived I knocked and no one answered I rang the bell and no one answered only when I went in the back entrance did someone come and greet me. Was not who I asked for and was told to wait outside for staff member to be free. When I asked about the front entrance I said I knocked and rang the bell and the staff member said she was busy seriously wow!!!. Was very rude, loud and did not feel welcome at all.
