I had to wait a little because the product wasn’t ready, but once they gave me a dock, I was loaded within one hour. Pretty good.
Quick to unload. Pull in and has a side dock easy peasy. Good people.
Please do not buy anything from or try to become an employee of bright pet, qc passes machine inspections that obviously should fail because of old meat and stinky biofilm, in the name of production, mon-thur shift employees who weigh powder for food batches mis weigh powders that can hurt animals, specificly what I witnessed the employee put 10 lbs of inulin when the recipe called for 1 lb of inulin for a 1000 lb batch, that employee told supervisors and they ran it anyway. DO NOT work for this company. They tell you about a sign on bonus just to let you go before you’re even able to get it. Consistent listeria and other bacterial outbreaks. They’re a waste of time, they lowball you on pay when working with RAW meat. Got terminated within 3 weeks because of their faulty practices AFTER THEY BEGGED Me to take the job.
