I was a returning customer for my second move and it did not go as planned. They overbooked themselves so my stuff came a day late even after being promised it would be there earlier the next morning and it was not. I have been sitting with claims since August 29 and my claim still has not been fulfilled (10/7/25). I was also charged on my last day of moving for three movers when only two were sent. We used Miracle Movers awhile back and had mixed experience. We had two separate crews pick up and drop off. The pick up crew was fantastic - handled everything with care, very efficient, etc. the drop off crew was less careful - they appeared rushed to place furniture within the house and even damaged a couple pieces of furniture. I submitted a claim for one of them as the other was old enough we could live with the damage. I’ve followed up multiple times and after 6 months, the claim is still “in review”. They are definitely NOT worth the money! Our furniture and lamps were severely damaged. They did not make it right either. One particular piece of furniture, that has literally travelled around the world, and the US, was severely damaged. It had never been damaged by any other movers. We had to have a woodworker repair the damage sustained by the movers. For what the movers did, and for only 6 weeks of storage, the money we paid was definitely NOT worth it! I've used Miracle Movers for two local moves now and my experience has been excellent both times. Courteous professional service and everything was moved quickly/efficiently and without damage. While I don't hope to move any time soon, I'd be sure to choose Miracle Movers if I did!

Update: Used them a 3rd time to move into our new house and they caused at least $3k worth of damage including dropping part of our $5k BBQ, denting our KitchenAid fridge, scratching my garage cabinets, gouging our brand new real hardwood floor, damaging door jambs, etc. imIt took about 9 months to settle for a $900 check which didn't even cover 1/4 of what was damaged.
