Marybeth really needs to have her friends call in and pretend to be a customer to hear how clueless and untrained the new employee is. She called me back on Monday, knowing my number from called ID. Asking who am I and if I'm a customer? Really. Gave her my number, can't find me with an attitude. Fine, let's try with my full name. Still can't find me. Unfortunately, I was told over the phone that the fee was going to cost $ 99.00, instead I was charged $ 149.00. I did not check my receipt before going home, and going to my trip to Europe.
