They can do a renewal over the phone which is sooo convenient and saves me a trip. The lady I talked to on the phone was super great and so sweet and professional. They also sent me an email reminder to renew which was very helpful. The entire experience was 5 stars!
Very poor service, I took my mom to her appointment on a Saturday, to start with the receptionist was at the counter with her infant on her lap, my mother attempted to check in, the receptionist didn’t even ask for her name to check, the supposed to be doctor came out and gave my mom the paperwork for her to complete, comes now it was the wrong paperwork, he was advised by us about the paperwork, he reflected to be clueless, then gave another set of paperwork. Gentleman behind the desk reception does not explain anything. Other staff friendly.
Won't let me schedule an appointment online. I have crippling anxiety when it comes to talking on the phone. Wanted to simply apply online for a renewal. Will go somewhere that has a user friendly website that actually works.
It's so convenient with the location and how quickly they get the process finished the staff is very kind friendly and knowledgeable
