They can do a renewal over the phone which is sooo convenient and saves me a trip. The lady I talked to on the phone was super great and so sweet and professional. They also sent me an email reminder to renew which was very helpful. The entire experience was 5 stars!
Very poor service, I took my mom to her appointment on a Saturday, to start with the receptionist was at the counter with her infant on her lap, my mother attempted to check in, the receptionist didn’t even ask for her name to check, the supposed to be doctor came out and gave my mom the paperwork for her to complete, comes now it was the wrong paperwork, he was advised by us about the paperwork, he reflected to be clueless, then gave another set of paperwork.
