While the process is painless. The staff is astoundingly greedy. I had my card since day 1 because of my surgeon and neurologist. Yet because they want more money they will not write exceptions even with history of larger quantity. I find this extremely unprofessional as the state doesn't require extra fees but will not waive them with prior history. This specific location is lacking empathy, compassion, customer service and worst of all, educated "Doctors". My overall experience was horrible. Beware of the guy who works the front counter. He is astoundingly unprofessional, rude, dismissive and he will hang up on you if he feels like he doesn't want to deal with you. I guess he's the owner of the business. Because any other business with good leadership would not allow this to happen.#moneygrab
