The quality of the kratom here is phenomenal and has always been consistent. As someone who is pretty particular about what I put into my body, I did my homework beforehand and found that everything is organically grown and lab tested, which is really important. The customer service was the best years ago , even up to tonight, the person this evening is absolutely disgusting, disgraceful and hopefully soon unemployed, kept the phone off for a hour prior to closing, and I rushed to the physical location in this weather, making by 5:50 pm only to the front door locked, lights turn off, forgot the open sign was lit, and as I approach to the door the said individual fled to back only to hide until I left the parking lot, and I definitely will not bother them in future, thanks for poor s... read more

I stopped in for the first time the other day and got a free ounce for being a new customer! Awesome policy you have. I also signed up for a rewards program which gives me money off my future purchases which is nice. Now for the kratom, it is outstanding. It's the best I've had and I've shopped all over Cincinnati from smoke shops to head shops and this is hands down the most potent you will find.
