Extremely disappointed with my experience at Miracle Furniture. I purchased a grey sofa and was originally told it would be delivered within the first week, but that never happened because apparently the sofa arrived broken. While I understand issues can happen, the communication and customer service after that were very poor. They then promised me another delivery date for today, and once again, the sofa was not delivered. The worst part is that we had to call them ourselves multiple times just to get updates or a response.... read more
