This place has been the most unprofessional place we've ever visited. The customer service by Christian was decent enough but apparently it was just surface. My husband and I was impressed enough with their custom wall designs, we shared our personal info, because we were advise by Chris someone would call us by the following Friday, June 19th, 2026, to schedule an appointment for a in home visit to give us a quote for a custom wall. No le doy ni una estrella qué mal servicio de atención al cliente diría yo que pésima deberían de cerrar este lugar que mala experiencia tengo Page mis muebles no me los trajeron en la fecha prevista me tuve que mudar a mi nueva casa sin muebles en ocala me dijo el trabajador Mark que me lo hiban a entregar gratis y ni siquiera responde los mensajes ni las llamadas y el vendedor cristian tampoco a dado la cara me siento tan decepcionada de este lugar que nuca mas se lo recomendaría a nadie me siento estafada
