I've been going to this salon for eyebrow threading since December 2019 and I've never had a worse experience than I had today (August 3, 2024). As I sat in the chair, I repeated the same words as I always do, "Do not thin my brows, just clean them up with shape". Geetha repeated it to me and asked, "Oh the same as always?", to which I answered "Yes".
