Alex was fantastic. I had a pebble sized chunk of ear wax buried in my left canal and it took less than 5 minutes for Alex to remove! No pain, no stress. I was also able to get custom ear molds created so that I can have perfect form fit ear plugs and in-ear monitors to protect my hearing and increase fidelity in music listening 🎧 Thank you, so much!!!!
