I just had my first hearing test ever and it was a smooth process. Jackie was phenomenal, kind, communicative and explained everything. I would absolutely recommend that anyone who is wondering about their hearing head's over to get a free hearing test. It can't hurt, plus you will learn how to protect your hearing for the future. I HAD A RECENT APPOINTMENT WITH JACKIE GUNTER, AS IT WAS TIME FOR MY ANNUAL HEARING TEST. JACKIE LOOKED INSIDE BOTH EARDRUMS AND NOTICED A TERRIBLE "BUILD UP" OF WAX. SHE PROFESSIONALLY TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM PRIOR TO THE HEARING TEST. ALSO, WE SPOKE ABOUT MY WARRANTY EXPIRING SOON ON MY HEARING AIDS AND SHE MENTIONED ALL OF THE VIABLE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME WHEN THAT TIME COMES. SO, ON A SCALE OF (1) TO (10), I FELT LIKE A "NEW MAN" WHEN I WALKED OUT TO MY CAR!
Jackie is A LIFE SAVER !!!! I couldn’t hear out of my right ear for 4 days! Stopped by, and she happily helped quickly! I’d 1000x trust her any day of the week.
