My experience here was terrible. I got one adjustment and never could hear very well with the aids. And I got headaches from them. When I told hearing specialist this and said I wanted to return the hearing aids she said I was 5 days over the 30. I was, but that was because she was on vacation when my 30 days were up and I had no one to return them to. Both ladies are very personable, and Crystal is extremely knowledgeable. I have been to other ear specialists, but she knows her stuff!!! She even has a great way of explaining how things work with our hearing. I highly recommend her for any hearing aids concerns.
I love these ladies! Friendly office, always decorated! Love my brand new hearing aids!
Crystal & Sherry are great to work with, both on them are very nice and very productive!
