Charles n Violet are truly amazing people n work very well as a team..I was a nervous wreck when I first went , cause I dislike hearing test. I know my hearing is bad. Charles was very patient with me n talked me threw every step. He is very caring n understood the assignment with me. I give him a 10 plus. Violet, I known her for several years. The first good thing that happened to me when I first went in was, I was greeted by a very attractive young lady and then the doctor that checked my hearing, also was attractive and she did a top notch job checking my ears. There’s not one thing to complain about with my visit, I was really pleased.
I purchased a pair of hearing aids from them last year.I bought their best ones and paid $6800.I was naive and trusted that their prices were reasonable and fair,my first mistake.I later went to an independent hearing aids store and found the same hearing aids for $3400 . I know businesses need to make a profit,but felt like I got taken big time.My advice is to shop around and get educated when making expensive purchases.I will never go back there,left a really bad taste in my mouth.
