I’ve always had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. Michael A. Has been the best: answers questions and concerns. Gives me plenty of time and makes sure my devices work optimally. Knowledgeable, helpful, great attitude. 2/26 edit: I've been coming for years. Personnel have changed. But the same great attitude and service.
The Miracle Ear office in Prescott Valley, AZ is really great. The office manager, Kathy is REALLY friendly and helpful. She even serviced my units when the Specialist was unavailable for my visit! This office has had a lot of turnover among staff in the last few years, but I've really liked every Specialist I've seen, and Kathy has been consistently wonderful.
