The staff at the Miracle Ear Prescott Valley office are wonderful. I was given a warm welcome by Kathy, Susan actually listened to my concerns and after the test she fitted me with over the ear hearing aids. They were fine but after wearing them for a bit, I asked to try the in-the-ear hearing aids - I absolutely love them! I've had several "cleaning" appointments and am always treated like family. My Grandpa resisted going. He was pleasantly surprised. He was greeted by the friendly office manager, Kathy. She made him coffee and talked with him. After his evaluation with Susan, he was fit with the perfect hearing aids. Their newest technology allows him to connect to his phone through their app, And hear with clarity in his car, restaurants, at church, everywhere.
