The Miracle Ear office in Prescott Valley, AZ is really great. The office manager, Kathy is REALLY friendly and helpful. She even serviced my units when the Specialist was unavailable for my visit! This office has had a lot of turnover among staff in the last few years, but I've really liked every Specialist I've seen, and Kathy has been consistently wonderful.
I can’t say enough good things about the Prescott Valley Miracle Ear, the office manager Kathy is outstanding! Everyone there s so nice and helpful! I highly recommend that if you need any help with hearing aids you check out Miracle ear in Prescott Valley! Thanks for all you do! Paul F.
the Prescott Valley Miracle Ear staff are very professional and demonstrate a level of expertise that sets a high standard in the industry. Our community is fortunate to have the services of Susan Fisher and Kathy Nell to help lead those in need of hearing assistance with the guidance to truly improve lives.
I found the personal tobe very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and were very forth coming . The Miracle ear devices are so much better than the Costco ones. It is a pleasure to wear them every day. I give them a five star rating!!!!
While Susan & Kathy were helpful at the initial trying/fitting/buying appointments, my husband (the person we bought the hearing aides for) has been back 3 different times for help with figuring out how to turn on/off his hearing aides. Every time Susan takes them and does it herself. That does Not help my husband. He's so frustrated he refuses to go back, he just fiddles with them until he gets them on or off. It's not a conundrum one would expect to have after spending several thousands on a pair of hearing aides.
