Dan is a very helpful, caring, knowledgeable and could relate to my problems. His explanation given is to my understanding what he's talking about. He's very concerned about my needs. Debbie at the front desk is also very friendly and makes you feel like you've known her forever and part of the family. You have a GREAT team and I would recommend them to everyone.
Setting up an appointment with Miracle Ear in Reedsburg was very easy and quick. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable on Miracle Ear’s different devices and what he felt would be best for my situation. I am still getting used to mine as I’ve only had the prescription ones for a couple of days now. I will say the loaner pair for two weeks did make a difference for me. Dan and Deb were very helpful and friendly during all of my appointments.
I am so very happy with my service and the readily available knowledge always given to me by Daniel Tokarczyk in baraboo. He always listens so carefully and fixes my concerns. He goes over and above for customer service. He is a gentleman and a scholar, thank you Miracle-Ear
Daniel has gone above and beyond assissting me with my hearing aids.. He has given me so much information about the various issues surrounding the loss of my hearing. I highly recommend him to anyone starting on the path to improve their hearing. I am so grateful for all his work.
