She listens well when discussing my sister’s hearing-related needs and adjusts her aids accordingly, always resulting in better clarity of sound for my sister, which is crucial due to profound hearing loss. Amber also has a wonderful demeanor and makes my sister feel at ease.

The service was excellent, Amber went above and beyond to give me the best hearing test and screening I have ever had anywhere else. The test were not only for hearing but she made sure that there was clarity in what I was hearing. The after service and maintenance provided was great. They take care of everything as far as Domes, Changing wax guards when needed and for all this I would highly recommend them to anyone needing great reliable service. Thank you Amber and staff
