I got them in February and still am having trouble hearing they are not working as well as my older ones but I must say they are still working with me to hear better using them I am very very disappointed in them so far

My appointment is always on time. All of my questions and concerns are answered completely. I never feel rushed or pressured. My next appointment is always scheduled when I leave the office.
