I was in today with trouble hearing from my left ear. Been like this for sometime. My first time meeting Jordan Frentress, and helped me figure out and solved my issue. He listened and is nice as well. Thank you.
I went in for a free hearing test. It went great. Jordan was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Luckily, I was in normal range so I don't need any further help, but its nice to know.
Jordan did a great job in finding what was wrong with my hearing aid. He asked the right questions and listened. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was a burden. He is very knowledgeable and I give him five stars because he listened and understood my concerns and has knowledge of the hearing aid. Miracle Ear has the best customer service and Jordan is proof of that.
