I went in for a free hearing test. It went great. Jordan was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Luckily, I was in normal range so I don't need any further help, but its nice to know.
Jordan did a great job in finding what was wrong with my hearing aid. He asked the right questions and listened. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was a burden. He is very knowledgeable and I give him five stars because he listened and understood my concerns and has knowledge of the hearing aid. Miracle Ear has the best customer service and Jordan is proof of that.
Miracle-Ear has changed my whole world!
I have been trying out the new rechargeable hearing aids that just fit discreetly in my ear for a trial test. I already have the aids with batteries but these rechargeable aids are the best. I can hear conversations around a table of 8-10 people with no problem. I can hear and understand my grandchildren much better. I have turned the volume down on the TV by three marks. They are fantastic!!
