Who would have thought that getting a hearing test could be such a positive experience! The process was very easy and Lindsay explained everything clearly and succinctly. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear on Odana Rd.
Extremely disappointed with the non-follow up to my visit last month. The specialist stated to my wife and I that he’d be following up with me, after being in his office nearly 1.5 hours, and then his office computer had issues that he claimed he didn’t know what was going on. He assured me he’d call for a follow up and have me then come to his Madison office which he was confident the computer worked…sad excuse. Needless to say I never received any follow up calls, or by mail. Shameful.
Time will tell, still need the insurance processed, all in all they are good and have a good service .
