I absolutely love what they have done for my sister! We absolutely love Leslie and her office staff(I sadly forgot the front desk lady's name...Tammy?). They are both very understanding and beyond sweet. My sister has not heard this well in over 20 years. She's hearing things that she hasn't heard in many years. A positive experience with outstanding customer service. The hearing aid specialist, Leslie, was excellent. The main drawback is the prohibitive cost of the device, which may not be practical unless you are fully committed. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Crystal River, FL.

I've always had excellent hearing, but noticed recently one ear was hearing less than the other so I responded to the mailer I had received. Leslie is very thorough and thoughtful however, when her testing indicated that I was "almost" totally deaf she spent an hour trying to convince me that her results were accurate and that I just didn't know what I was hearing....that's when she changed from being a health professional into a used car salesman.....
