Melina always welcomes me in the office and takes care of my hearing aids. I know Dora is always busy yet they still manage to make time for me and never make me feel rushed. I wanted my hearing aids paired with my phone except my phone does not pair as it has limited options. I highly recommend these ladies in San Angelo office
Dora was amazing. I was told my phone was not compatible with new hearing aids. I was cheated of tools I could have used. I am so glad I walked in and they took the time to show me how to use my app with my phone which is a 16 pro max. Great customer service. It’s hard to find that now a days.
