The staff at Miracle-Ear was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent care to Roy Johnson. However, please read every financing document carefully. We paid $1,000 down and believed the remaining balance would be paid off within one year. Unfortunately, we later discovered the financing terms were for 48 months. I took my mom to Shelby at miracle ear in somerset when she needed to go and Shelby is one of the nicest people I know ! She helped my mom in every way she could, she explained everything to her and was very patient with her and had her fixed up with a great set of hearing aids in no time! I definitely recommend this office and doctor, VERY WONDERFUL and caring individual! Thank you Shelby!
