I went in for assistance with an unexpected service and was promptly helped by Eric. He fixed the issue and had my aid back to normal. This was not my usual location of service but I stopped by since I was very much in need of assistance. I'm grateful for his help with the matter.
I took my mom to see Eric at Miracle Ear and it was a wonderful experience. Eric is clearly very knowledgeable about hearing, hearing diagnostics, and hearing aids. He was also patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. I’d recommend Eric at Miracle Ear to anyone who is in the market for a hearing aid, or to anyone who is curious if hearing aids might be right for them.
I'm writing in regards to the wonderful experience I just witnessed with Eric at Miracle Ear in Hopkins. Eric Is awesome. Absolutely the most knowledgeable specialist I have met with to date and he spent a lot of his time getting me set up with Miricle Ear devices that he did not sale. I so much appreciate his help!
