Simon knows so much of the operation of the hearing aids. He has been so helpful and available to clear up any questions whenever something isn't working the way I think it should. He is responsive and effective. He cares that I can use the hearing aids in the best possible way.
My 96 year old mother has a challenging hearing loss. She is sharp as a tack and the hearing loss has been hard on her. I am so impressed with the care Simon Mandel gives at every visit to address her needs. He is professional, patient, kind, and goes the extra mile - literally! Today he made a house call after work hours to sync her new hearing aids with her TV! And Pam always accommodates us when we need a cleaning or an urgent appointment.
The customer service is always excellent! Today I was a walk-in, having trouble pairing one of my hearing aids. Pam was clearly multitasking already, but she went above and beyond as she helped me. Success! Pam remained calm, personable & professional throughout.
