Erica Ferguson and Miracle Ear have improved my husbands life immensely through better hearing. My husband’s hearing aids disconnected from his phone and I was unable to reconnect. We went to the Miracle Ear in Fairborn but only, Saffiyah, the office manager, was available. She improved his hearing by cleaning and reconnecting his aids. She’s a blessing.
I have been working with Jordan and can honestly say she is amazing and really knows her craft. My hearing has improved with her addressing my situation and needs. Professionalism is top notch and very personable.
I had my 1st appointment at Miricale Ear and the experience was exceptional! Upon entering the office manager, Saffiyah, warmly greeted me with a smile that made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
