Probably the most annoying and patronizing experience I've had with a medical professional in my life (I'm 74). Continuously lectured me and spoke to me like a child. After about 15+ minutes of it I couldn't take it anymore and left before getting tested. If you wish further detail, my appt was for 8/6 at 1pm in Guilford and contact information is there.
Cristina was the most up & beyond a God Sent for us! My husband is 44 and had hearing aids since he was high school! Christina conducted tests that he had never experienced before! Each and every step along this new journey is100% We are most grateful for this experience!!
I had resisted the urgings of those around me to check out hearing aids until I got the promo in the mail that promised (and delivered) a $50 gift certificate to a favorite retailer. My experience with Cristina during the evaluation was both informative and enjoyable at the same time. Cristina is outstanding in her knowledge of hearing, her thoroughness of testing to help me hear the best that I can, and is so congenial in the whole process. I am so happy to have her at every followup.
I'd been struggling to hear people speaking to me for a long while. This is what brought me to Miracle Ear in Guilford. I had my first pair for 4 years and now it was time for an upgraded model. I was given a very comprehensive examination and a very impressive test of my new model aids. The change from what I've been used to using to the new model was incredibly impressive.
