We had a very disappointing experience with the Miracle-Ear location in Olathe. The hearing aids were purchased in September 2025 for approximately $6,490 and initially worked without issue. However, during a routine cleaning appointment in January 2026, a technician replaced the retention pieces incorrectly, which caused the hearing aids to immediately fall out.
