The office staff in Ft Dodge IA is phenominal. I have had my hearing aids I purchased there for 5 years. Started have an issue. They went above & beyond to work with me for a solution. Issues were resolved in a timely manner. Very customer service oriented!

I am not sure if we trust Miracle Ear or not...my husband went to the Fort Dodge site and was promised a $50 Amazon gift card as a birthday gift and for having an ear evaluation about 4 months ago and still has not received his gift card! Is this how they treat everyone? Not too reliable if it is
